Kinney says February 15th of this year is the deadline for filing a claim.Kinney says you can call toll-free at 800-957-3203, or go on-line at www.icheic.org to get an information packet. The packet will have a questionnaire you can fill out and send in to find out if you have a policy available. Kinney says the state is working with 15 families that’ve already filed claims. If you have more questions, Kinney says you can contact the state office at 877-955-1212.
