A West Union businessman will go to trial in March on insurance fraud charges.61-year-old Gordon Lauer is accused of signing false documents sent to a Grinnell insurance company to gain 180-thousand dollars. Lauer was indicted in December on six counts of mail fraud and a trial’s been set for March 4th.
