St. Ambrose women enter tourney play

The St Ambrose women’s basketball opens play late this afternoon in the N-A-I-A national tournament in Sioux City. Coach Ted Eskildson is in his second year coaching the St Ambrose team, which comes into the 32-team tournament with a record of 28-7.Their first-round opponent is Ohio Dominican of Columbus, Ohio.The winner of that contest will take on Hastings College of Nebraska on Friday afternoon.
