Iowa State center says line is shaping up

Iowa State center Zach Butler feels the Cyclones will put another solid offensive line on the field this fall. Butler is one of two starters back from last years team that played in the Independence Bowl and says a number of newcomers have stepped up during spring drills. Butler says the young guys have had a great spring and have adjusted to playing more.Butler says as one of the veterans he needs to assume more of a leadership role. As a senior he says he has to think about more than himself for the team to be successful.The Cyclones will close out spring practice with an intrasquad game on Saturday.
