The F-A-A is investigating the cause of a plane crash Sunday afternoon near Minnesota’s Twin Cities that injured two western Iowans.Witnesses say the plane hit a utility wire shortly after takeoff from the Forest Lake airport, just north of the Minneapolis area. The small private plane crashed in a swamp, which paramedics say likely saved the lives of the two people on board as it padded the landing. The pilot’s identified as Dr. Robert Sellers, a Council Bluff surgeon. His wife Judy was the passenger. They’re both in their 70s and are listed in serious but stable condition.
