The Iowa Lottery’s newest game has finally hit a winner. Lottery spokeswoman Mary Neubauer says the multi-million dollar winner purchased the ticket in eastern Iowa in the past few days.Hot Lotto started in April and this is the first winner ever. The three-point-six million-dollar jackpot drawing was held last Wednesday night and there is -one- winning ticket. Neubauer says the winning ticket was sold at the Eagle Food Center on J-F-K Road in Dubuque.As yet, no winner has come forward. He or she has a year to claim the prize. Neubauer says it’s been a long time since someone from Iowa has claimed a big-money lottery jackpot.The last winner was the Larry Haskin family from Sabula and they won a 31-point-eight million-dollar Powerball jackpot in January of 2000. Last night’s winning numbers were: 14, 25, 26, 27 and 30 with the Hot Ball of nine.
