Clinton fire victim identified

The Clinton fire department has wrapped up its investigation of a fatal fire Thursday morning. The victim has been identified as 54-year-old Richard C. Jurgensen. Tests show he died of smoke and soot inhalation. The fire chief says the cause is likely electrical and the fire was accidental.
