Two Des Moines-area teenagers are charged with murder after a fatal fight at a weekend house party.The Polk County Sheriff says the beaten body of 17-year-old Jimmy Phaydavong of Des Moines was found in the driveway of a home in the county early Saturday. After an investigation, deputies arrested 18-year-old David Harbold of Polk County and 19-year-old Philip Quimby of Windsor Heights — both are charged in the slaying. The victim, Phaydavong, was reportedly suspected of taking something from inside the house and a fight broke out. Harbold and Quimby are each held on a half-million dollars bond.
