Norris says farm bill has good and bad side

Fourth District Congressional candidate John Norris says the Farm Bill passed by Congress this year has its good and bad elements. Norris, a democrat from Ames, says he has mixed feelings about the bill, but points out some of the positives. Norris says Congress needs to make agriculture a base for our future energy solutions.Norris’ opponent in the Congressional race, incumbent republican Tom Latham of Alexander, voted against the farm bill.
