September 19, 2002 By admin

Iowa State defensive back Harold Clewis says the Cyclones are happy with the recognition they’re receiving this week. The Cyclones are 21st this week in the A-P college football poll, the first time since 1981 that has happened during the regular season. He says it’s a good thing, but they want to keep working and stay on track. Clewis says this is no time to be satisfied. He says they want to keep pushing to meet their goals. The Cyclones host Troy State on Saturday and even though a matchup with Nebraska looms, Clewis says the Cyclones won’t get caught looking ahead. The Cyclones are 3-1.
