Mystery still surrounds an incident at an eastern Iowa bank. Items from a Wells Fargo Bank branch in Davenport have been sent to a lab in Iowa City for examination. A female bank employee, who has not been identified, became ill suddenly on Wednesday afternoon while working in the bank1s safety deposit box area. She developed a rash, headache and difficulty breathing and was taken to a hospital. Some other bank employees working in the same vicinity also were taken to medical facilities for checkups. Everyone was treated and released. Police and HAZMAT crews found nothing out of the ordinary in a search of the bank. But they collected a money-counting machine and some other items they believed warranted further checking.
