Reeling ISU visits Kansas

Iowa State visits Kansas on Sunday in the Big 12. The Cyclones are 2-7 in the conference race and opened league play with a lopsided loss at home to the Jaywalks. Cyclone guard Jake Sullivon says they need the right attitude going into the game. He says he will tell his teammates if they don’t feel they can win, they shouldn’t get on the plane.Kansas coach Roy Williams says senior guard Kirk Hinrich is putting together a banner campaign. The Sioux City native is the reining Big-12 player of the week. He says Hinrich has has two or three games that haven’t been typical of his play.
