Dubuque man apparently kills ex-wife’s boyfriend, then himself

April 28, 2003 By admin

A Dubuque man apparently died by his own hand shortly after authorities believe he killed his ex-wife’s new lover. Authorities in Dane County, Wisconsin — the Madison, Wisconsin area — say 48-year-old Frank Lunkley drove to his ex-wife’s condo in Verona, a Madison suburb; shot and killed 31-year-old Scott Borgman, his ex-wife’s boyfriend; and then turned the gun on himself. Lunkley’s ex-wife, Lori, and their two sons were not hurt. The shooting occured last week.
