Authorities in western Iowa’s Crawford County say they’ve made three arrests in a series of recent break-ins at three area golf courses. Denison police chief Rod Bradley says county sheriff’s deputies responded to an alarm at one golf course early Sunday morning and found a storage shed had been broken open.A witness was able to give deputies a description of the suspect’s vehicle which led authorities to links with other break-ins over the Thanksgiving holiday and earlier in the month. Chief Bradley says several searches were conducted. Golf clubs, golf and equipment were seized at a storage unit and were found in a vehicle, in addition to being buried in the ground in the area of a culvert. All three suspects are male juveniles. They’re facing charges including burglary, attempted burglary and theft.
