Man robs Creston sandwich shop

April 2, 2004 By admin

Creston police are investigating an armed robbery at a sandwich shop last night. Police say it was a little after 11 P.M. when a man entered the Subway restaurant, displayed a handgun, and took off with cash from the register. They don’t know which way he went or if he had a car, and say he was wearing gloves, a hooded sweatshirt, and a bandanna over his face. He’s described as five-foot-nine, about 200 pounds .
