A Waterloo man is dead after being hit by a truck. Officials are still trying to determine who caused the accident. Waterloo police say 48-year-old Randal Keeley was attempting to cross a busy city intersection near his home yesterday afternoon, when he was struck by a truck. Keeley suffered critical injuries and was transported to a local hospital for treatment. Police say he died at the hospital last night. No information has been released on the driver of the truck.
