More porn charges brought against Floyd County man

November 18, 2005 By admin

The fiancee of the mother of the five-year-old Floyd County girl who was murdered in July is facing additional child pornography charges. Casey Frederiksen of Charles City was indicted Thursday on 14 counts of allegedly having sexual images of children on a computer. The new indictment replaces the one-count indictment against Frederiksen from September. Frederiksen has been accused of having more than one-thousand images of child pornography on his computer, including movie clips showing the sexual abuse of children. Frederiksen is the fiancee of Noel Miller, the mother of Evelyn Miller, who was reported missing from her mother’s apartment on July 1st, with her body discovered six days later in the Cedar River. The Floyd County and U.S. Attorney’s Offices say the pornography investigation is separate from the murder investigation.
