Money and drugs found in bust

March 10, 2006 By admin

Money, drugs and firearms were taken in a bust at a rural home in northwest Iowa Thursday. Several people were arrested after the Plymouth County Sheriff’s Department carried out a search warrant, and seized cash, methamphetamine, marijuana, and eleven guns from a home near Hinton in southeast Plymouth County.

The men arrested were 50-year-old Michael Husen, 51-year-old Robert Dye, and 41-year-old Les Lehrkamp, who all live at that house, and 38-year-old Kelly Jenkins of Hornick. They face charges ranging from keeping a drug house and drug tax-stamp violations to possession of a stolen firearm.
