Authorities have identified the motorists involved in a fatal crash Wednesday afternoon in northeast Iowa’s Bremer County. The crash happened on Highway 218 near Janesville around 4:20 p.m.

Investigators say 58-year-old Verle Wygle of Waterloo was driving a pickup north in the southbound lanes and hit another vehicle head on. Fifty-one-year-old Tracy Willis of Faribault, Minnesota was killed in the crash. Wygle was injured.
