Hawkeyes eliminated at B1G Softball tourney

The University of Iowa softball team bowed out of the Big Ten Tournament, falling to Wisconsin, 7-4, in the opening game of the tournament on Thursday.

Iowa out-hit Wisconsin 10-9, including two hits by freshmen Cameron Cecil and Abby Lien and sophomore Ashley Hamilton.

Sophomore Sarah Lehman got her first career postseason start.
