A Waterloo man is charged in a break in and stabbing in the city earlier this week. 19-year-old Jefferey Moffit is charged with first-degree burglary and an arrest warrant has been issued for another man as well. The two are accused of breaking into a Waterloo home and attacking and stabbing a 15-year-old boy. The victim was taken to the hospital, but his injuries are not considered to be serious.
