An Illinois-based company is announcing that it’s completed the buy-out of aDyersville toy manufacturing firm.Racing Champions Corporation is buying Ertl Manufacturing. Ertl’s facilitieswill remain in Dyersville, despite the elimination of about 80 jobs. About180 workers will keep their jobs at the collectibles maker.
