The mother of a police shooting victim has settled her case with SiouxCity. Louisa Frazier’s daughter, Kim, was shot and killed by an officer in1995. Frazier accepted an apology and 75-hundred dollars on Thursday.Frazier’s attorney, David Cullan of Omaha, says the case is now closed.Cullan says he and his client are pleased with the outcome.The policeman who fired the fatal shot was cleared of wrongdoing.
