A Russian national is charged with bringing illegal immigrants to the QuadCities to work in his contract cleaning business. Igor Voyitenko allegedly brought four men over from Russia and forced themto work long hours & live in a cramped apartment to pay for their passage.If convicted, he’ll face emprisonment, then deportation. The four men arebeing sent back to Russia.
