Four Major League Baseball Hall of Famers will visit the Field of Dreams inDyersville next month as part of an effort to get Shoeless Joe Jacksonreinstated into Major League Baseball. Ted Williams, Bob Feller, Yogi Berraand Tommy Lasorda will appear at the first annual Joe Jackson nationalbaseball tournament beginning July first. The move to have Jacksonreinstated first came about ten years ago with the release of “Field ofDreams” and spokesman Bill Betts says it has gained momentum in recentyears. Betts says the four will take part in some activities surronding thetournament. Betts says the tournament will draw teams from across thecountry.
