A new survey indicates one-third of Iowa businesses are looking for new workers. “Manpower” surveyed 16-thousand businesses throughout the country, and found 33-percent of the IOWA businesses surveyed are hiring. Manpower spokesman Michael Lynch says the survey shows stronger hiring intentions compared to the last quarter — and it’s even higher than last summer. Lynch says businesses are still having a difficult time finding people to fill job openings.
