Several northeastern Iowa schools will get some much-needed sprucing up.Voters in the Wapsie Valley School District okayed a one-point-four million dollar bond issue Tuesday by roughly 52-to-47 percent. One-point-two million dollars will be used to expand a junior/senior high school near Fairbank, while the other 200-thousand will be used for roofing projects and other equipment needs at several other schools in the district.
