Waterloo police have identified the victim in a fatal motorcycle accident this weekend. The accident happened just before three o’clock Sunday. A motorcycle driven by 29-year-old Jason Jones of Waterloo collided with a car driven by 19-year-old Kelly Watts of Waterloo. Both were taken to Covenant Hospital in Waterloo where Jones was pronounced dead. Watts was treated and released. Police say Jones was not wearing a helmet.
