Residents in parts of rural northeast Iowa will have better access to health care with the opening of a new family medical center next week. Construction on the clinic in the Delaware County town of Colesburg began last fall.Mark White, president of the Colesburg Commercial Club says the 300-thousand-dollar facility will hold its grand opening on Monday.The building will house a family nurse practitioner’s office, a medical doctor’s office and a massage therapist as well as other offices, including the City Clerk, an attorney and other businesses.
