The U-S Department of Agriculture says a company in northwest Iowa is recalling beef due to potential contamination.Toba of Iowa is based in Sioux City and produces ground beef under the name Braunger’s Beef. The company is recalling 330 pounds of ground beef which the U-S-D-A says could have been contaminated with E- coli. Toba is recalling ten-pound tubes of Braunger’s ground beef, which were not sold in grocery stores, but were distributed to restaurants and food service venues in Iowa and Nebraska. The packages in question are marked with a date of June 6th. As yet, no illnesses are reported.
