A woman died in a northwest Iowa house fire that apparently was caused by Mother NatureFour fire departments were called to the home two miles north of Arthur on Sunday morning. The body of 21-year-old Nicole Davis was discovered inside. It was her parent’s home. The state fire marshal’s office believes the fire was caused by lightning. The house was destroyed.
