Investigators in eastern Iowa are looking into the death of a baby. Dubuque police are investigating after a teenage girl brought a dead baby into a doctor’s office. Police were called to the Delhi Medical Center Monday on the report that the girl had brought in a dead newborn child. A doctor told police that the child was born Monday morning at a Dubuque home and died a short time later. The baby’s body has been sent to the state medical examiner for an autopsy.
