ISU basketball player could face charges

An Iowa State basketball player could face charges for having sex with aminor. Papers filed in Story County court say Travis Spivey has admitted tohaving sex with a 15-year old girl. Spivey is 21. The 15-year old and a17-year old girl alledge Spivey raped them in his appartment earlier thisyear. Story County authorities say they are investigating the allegationsand no charges have been filed. Spivey is a transfer from Georgia.
