Parents in Manchester upset over hazing incident

Some parents in the West Delaware School District in Manchester are upsetover an alleged hazing incident that happened prior to homecoming lastweek. The alleged hazing happened last Thursday prior to homecoming. Someupperclassmen are accused of wrapping freshmen in duct tape and paddelingthem. School officials say if the incident happened off campus, then itshould be investigated by police.
