Waverly native was aboard hijacked terrorist plane

A Waverly, Iowa, native was among those who perished on the plane that crashed into the Pentagon yesterday. Karen Kincaid graduated from Central College in Pella, then from Drake Law School in 1986. Eric Bakker is a friend of Kincaid’s brother, Kasey, who’s a lawyer in Des Moines. Bakker met Karen Kincaid in May and says she was a very, very nice woman who’ll be missed. Bakker says she had a job in a big D-C law firm.Kincaid lived with her husband in D-C. The couple had no children.
