Some high school football games go on

In high school football action tonight in class A, second-ranked Manning hosts Odebolt-Arthur in a district ten opener. Manning has been impressive in two, non-district victories and coach Floyd Forman admits the start has been a little surprising.Forman says the season really begins tonight with district play.In eight-man football tonight, fourth-ranked Sentral of Fenton visits Whiting and Sentral coach Troy Rue has some concerns.Rue says more is on the line as the season progresses and each game can make a difference for post season action.
