The Iowa Hawkeye men are at home on Monday night to take on North Dakota State. The Hawkeyes opened with a lopsided win over Hampton and senior forward Aaron White had 19 points, seven rebounds and six assists in the game.
White says the coaches are looking to him to be more active throughout the game, communicating and playing hard.
White says he is trying to bring energy to the court. He says if he does that throughout the year, good things will happen.
North Dakota State opened with an 85-50 loss at 10th ranked Texas.
